Vinfast India is hiring for Quality Senior Manager at Tuticorin Plant and will report directly to the leadership team.

VinFast launched its operations in India with a focus on offering electric vehicles, which aligns with India's push for sustainable transportation and clean energy. The company aims to take advantage of the growing interest in EVs in India, where the government is providing incentives and rebates to promote electric mobility. India has a large and evolving automotive market, and VinFast is looking to capture a portion of that by offering competitive, affordable electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the entire Quality system at the plant.
- Ensure all production processes meet VinFast's stringent quality standards.
- Analyze, evaluate, and resolve product quality issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals.
Major Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in quality management.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or a similar senior-level role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in English (required).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in India and fluency in Tamil.
